- Conducted an EB-5 economic impact analysis of the expansion, renovation and operation of a $35million resort center in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. The project was approved as a Regional Center.
- Performed an economic impact analysis of a $563 million Wind farm, Outlet Retail Center, Convention Center, Hotel and Restaurant in eastern Washington State. The project was approved as a Regional Center.
- Analyzed the construction and operations of a $250 million 10 Senior Living Centers in King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap County. The project was approved as a Regional Center.
- Submitted a $45 million project that analyzed the impact of construction and operations on the city of Des Moines, Washington. The project is pending approval for a Regional Center by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- Analyzed a $1.2 billion investment into a Solar Park in the State of Arizona. The project is pending approval for a Regional Center by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- Submitted a $161 million multiple projects that called for the renovation and construction of a college building, a hotel, a retail center, a medical and bio-tech research center, and a senior living center in King County. The project is pending approval for a Regional Center by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- Conducted an impact analysis of a retail center project in the Whatcom County in the state of Washington. It is a $35 million project that would include about 179,000 square feet of retail area. The retail area would include four buildings with substantial parking area. The project is pending approval for a Regional Center by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- Submitted a preliminary report on the impact of approximately $35 million of investment in building a retirement community, in the city of Tacoma. The project includes apartments, activity center, health and wellness clinic, library and dining areas.
- Completed a multi-phased mixed construction project in Whatcom County that includes an indoor Waterslide Park, 5 retail buildings, and a 126 unit hotel/condominium on top of the already existing Outdoor Waterslide facility and an outlet mall. A preliminary report has been submitted and is currently under review.
- Completed and submitted a $25 million economic impact study in the Lake City neighborhood of Seattle involving building a senior center and a services center. The project is under review.

- Evaluated a $10.5 million project to build office and retail space in San Luis Obispo County, CA. The analysis resulted in getting Targeted Area Designation (TEA).
- Evaluated a Senior Living project in city of Tacoma, which resulted in the project obtaining a T.E.A. designation. I have already done a preliminary analysis and a report on the economic impact of that project. The investors have not decided if they want to go ahead with the project.
